Rebuild the city
re joy in party,
renew the relation
All it means that once upon a time, city has been distoyed, ppl were upset, in a broken relation with god.
Now everything start over.
God is so kind, he coach his ppl so that they return. When we come to god, we just seek for a warm love feeling, or the word and experience deeply saved in our mind that will never pass away, even that may be a tough lesson.
